Four Raw Truth Honey jars — Midwest Clover, New York Goldenrod, Wild Flower and Texas Tallow — arranged on a warm stone surface with linen and baby's breath

Zero Heat

We never heat above hive temperature, so the enzymes and delicate floral aromatics stay intact.

Pollen Preserved

Our honey is only coarse-strained, leaving the pollen and natural character of the season in every jar.

Single Origin

Each batch is traced to one apiary and one bloom, so you can taste the landscape it came from.

Our Story

Rooted in Texas, built by family.

Raw Truth Honey is a Texas-based, family and veteran-owned business founded on a simple promise: never strip away what the bees made. Most commercial honey is overheated and blended until it becomes a sweet, uniform syrup. We believe that erases the very thing that makes honey special.

Working our own hives and partnering with trusted local Texas apiaries, we lightly filter each harvest to remove wax and debris while keeping the color, pollen, and layered flavor the bees put in — rich, honest honey from Texas wildflowers.
